Rental Agreements and Deposits
1. Application Fees: All application fees are non-refundable. These fees cover the administrative costs associated with processing applications.
2. Security Deposits: Security deposits are refundable at the end of the lease term, provided that the property is returned in its original condition, excluding normal wear and tear. Detailed conditions are outlined in the lease agreement.
3. Lease Termination: Early termination of a lease agreement is subject to the terms outlined in the lease contract. Tenants may be required to pay an early termination fee or forfeit their security deposit, depending on the circumstances of the termination.
Property Viewing and Leasing Process
1. Property Viewings: We offer guided tours and open house events for prospective tenants to view our properties before signing a lease. These viewings are free of charge and intended to ensure that clients are fully informed about the properties.
2. Lease Signing: Once a lease is signed, it becomes a binding legal contract. Any requests to cancel or modify the lease must be made in writing and are subject to approval by West Knox Group management.
Maintenance and Service Requests
1. Maintenance Services: We are committed to providing prompt and effective maintenance services. All maintenance requests should be submitted through the online resident portal. Our maintenance team will address the issues as per the service agreement.
2. Service Refunds: If a maintenance issue is not resolved satisfactorily, tenants can file a complaint through the resident portal. Refunds or adjustments may be made at the discretion of West Knox Group management based on the nature of the issue.
Community Amenities
1. Amenity Access: Access to community amenities (e.g., fitness centers, pools, and community rooms) is included in the rental agreement. If these amenities are unavailable for extended periods due to maintenance or other reasons, tenants may request a rent adjustment for the inconvenience.
